I think I was wrong

…when I said that this colleague wants just to get me in his bed. When we talked for the first time I didn't feel very comfortable. He kept inviting me to his beach house for the weekend and stay there overnight. I mean, when someone asks me five times in ten minutes if I will spend weekend with him, then I am really cautious. I immediately put him in the category of people "do not get in car with him alone". But since then a lot has changed. He is my hero of the week now. His behavior significantly changed since he found out in what kind of deep shit I am here in Egypt and he tries hard to help me in any way possible. He definitely allows me to abuse him too much. Last week:
- he found a new apartment for me and Nay-Nay
- he rescued me from work twice when I was doing nothing (again) and took me back to Alex
- he helped us move all of our stuff (I have to invite him for a dinner for this one, he carried all the heavy suitcases)
- he took us to Cairo by car
- he takes me to work every day by car that I can have some extra sleep (hey, I get up at 7:10 now :)
- he is recharging my mp3 player at his laptop right now (our DOS computers don't have USB plug-in)

I am really lucky to have him. Definitely. Hero of the week. Soon he might be upgraded to the Hero of the month ;)
